Abstract The family of planar linear chains are found as collision-free action minimizers the spatial N-body problem with equal masses under D N and × Z 2 -symmetry constraint different types topological constraints. This generalizes a previous result by author in [32] for problem. In particular, monotone constraints required proven to be unnecessary, it will implied minimization property. For each type constraints, considering corresponding coordinate frame rotating around vertical axis at constant angular velocity ω, we find an entire simple choreographies (seen frame), ω changes from 0 N.
